Refunds & Cancellation
When money comes back, and how you would know. Every refund on this platform is a recorded administrative act with a reason attached — visible on the same pages where the payment was.

Authorized-user seats
- A seat request that is rejected costs nothing: no payment obligation arises until a request is approved.
- If an approved, paid seat is never filed with the issuer — the placement does not happen — the seat price for the unfiled cycles is refunded.
- Once the issuer has filed you and a cycle has reported, that cycle has been delivered; delivered cycles are not refundable.
- A refund is recorded against the seat with a reason, and you are notified by email when it is recorded.
Transfers and fees
- A transfer fee that is rejected, or a transfer that fails or is reversed before settlement, releases its obligation — the record shows the reason.
- A settled transfer has been delivered to your own bank account and is not reversible from our side.
Repair plans
- Nothing is charged until an administrator confirms an enrollment.
- You may cancel within three business days of enrollment at no charge, and at any time after; cancellation stops future cycles. Work already performed in a completed cycle is not refunded.
- Every dispute round's outcome is recorded, so what a plan delivered is never a matter of memory.
Vehicle orders
A vehicle order may be cancelled at no cost any time before it is placed with the retailer. Once an order is placed, the retailer’s own terms govern; we pass those on rather than inventing our own. Declined orders cost nothing.
How to ask
Ask through the support channels on the platform, naming the reference of the seat, transfer, enrollment or order. Refund decisions are made by a person, recorded with a reason where you can see them, and confirmed to you by email. If you believe a recorded decision is wrong, reply to that email — the record, not the recollection, is what gets reviewed.
