TrustLine Tradelines
Disclosures
The plain-language facts a member should have before spending anything here. Most of these already appear where the products are sold; this page keeps them in one place.

Credit scores
- We do not pull, compute or display credit scores. Any dial or rating on the platform describes a real, named quantity — utilisation, account age, limits — never a score.
- No one can honestly promise that adding a tradeline will change any particular score by any particular amount. Scoring models differ, files differ, and issuers and bureaus decide what appears. Anyone who promises you a number is not telling the truth.
Authorized-user placement
- The account you take a seat on belongs to its primary holder; the card and line belong to the issuer. Your seat is the right to be filed as an authorized user for the cycles you purchase.
- Issuers set their own authorized-user policies and may change them. A bureau may reflect an authorized-user account differently from a primary account, or not at all.
- Placement is subject to issuer terms and to the credit-reporting regulations of your jurisdiction.
Credit-file disputes
- You have the right, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, to dispute inaccurate information on your credit file yourself, for free, by writing to the bureaus directly. Nothing we sell is required to exercise that right.
- Our repair plans sell organisation, not outcomes: prepared dispute letters, tracked statutory deadlines, and a recorded result for every round — including rounds where the bureau verifies the item and it stays on the file.
- Accurate negative information cannot be removed by us or anyone else. A repair enrollment may be cancelled within three business days of enrollment at no charge, and at any time after.
Business credit and funding
- Business tradelines report to business bureaus (such as Dun & Bradstreet), not to your personal file, and each listing names the bureaus it reports to and whether a personal guarantee is required.
- Funding products are underwritten and decided by lenders, not by us. Published minimums tell you what you are short of before applying; they are not offers, and an application is not an approval.
- Rates for factor-rate products (merchant advances, revenue-based funding) are quoted as factor rates because quoting them as APRs would understate their cost.
Marketing
Campaign statistics shown to our administrators count only recorded events — signups, seat requests, payments. We do not track link clicks or email opens. Marketing email to non-members always states the source of the address, carries a postal address, and includes a working one-click unsubscribe.
What we are not
TrustLine Tradelines is not a bank, a lender, a credit bureau, an issuer, or a law firm, and nothing on the platform is legal or financial advice. Decisions that belong to issuers, bureaus and lenders remain theirs.
